Our people bring the spark

Ben Walters
Founder, builder, & story-driven leader
Ben is a doer, a problem solver, and passionately optimistic leader with a collaborative spirit. His skills and business background are as diverse as the people and places he’s encountered along the way. As a result, Ben developed a keen ability to recognize what’s possible in others, often before they see it themselves. He’s helped disabled entrepreneurs start life-changing businesses in Africa; created a system for persons experiencing homelessness to get back into the workforce and secure housing; and guided churches in clarifying their missions and making bold moves. Ben has started, scaled, turned around, and sold several business ventures. He’s worked for corporations like CNN, UPS, and Marriott. He even served as the general contractor on an award-winning transformation of a 48-bed nursing home into a spectacular mansion.
Born and raised in Arizona, Ben has extended work and life adventures in Texas, DC, Boston, PA, and Ohio, as well as shorter stints in NYC, Germany, South Africa, and Puerto Rico. Ben is always moving, averaging 30,000 steps a day playing pick-up basketball and racquetball, running, hiking, and walking his dogs with his wife Kristen. He constantly challenges himself and recently completed the two-day Giants Cup Trail Run in South Africa and an unsanctioned 50-mile rim-to-rim-to-rim Grand Canyon run. No matter where in the world you are, if you need a partner for a challenge, Ben can be on the next flight to help you launch your dream.

Kristen has empowered children and families for two decades as a school psychologist for Cincinnati Public Schools. Who we work with
If you’re stuck, burned out, plateaued, or just need a fresh outside perspective, we’re here to help.
You don’t have to figure it out on your own. Sometimes the best way forward is to have a new, objective perspective. Our skilled team offers insight to help you step back, gain clarity, and zero in on what’s important.
Transformation requires more than mere talk
We’re not here to just inspire you. We’re here to help you go further, dig deeper, and climb higher.
Transformation takes action, accountability, and a clear plan. When we hiked 50 miles rim to rim to rim through the Grand Canyon (13,000+ feet of elevation change over 17 hours and 40 minutes), the planning, strategizing and commitment started months earlier. If you want to accomplish big goals you need to go beyond feel-good advice and start doing the hard work that leads to real triumphs. From strategy to execution, we help you turn your bold ideas into measurable progress, so you’re building your next move, not just dreaming of it.
Let’s talk about your next path
Whether it’s your business, your team, your story, or just your next step, we’re ready to walk with you.
Together, we’ll silence the distractions, clarify your path, and catapult you toward meaningful progress. It’s time to realize what’s possible and take action that your future self will thank you for.
